Very true. But sometimes , i wonder ,how it can reach the right people. Because , we see in practice, advice given by parents are not heeded by children. It is because , their mind is set to believe that what they are doing is correct. It is one way correct , as it is an indication of their confidence level. And it is nice to be confident. But the line is thin between confidence and overconfidence. Basically ,we have to teach the children to learn. To tell the truth ,but to be polite in talking. We all learn. Continue to learn. But if a habit is there for long, it is difficult to change it ,even if we come to know that we have been wrong.The solution is to start a new habit ,so slowly ,we can get over the old habits. This is particularly true for mobile usage. There are so many things to do in mobile viz social media( Facebook,instagram,x,linkedIn,whatsappetc),,games, movies, puzzles, news etc. We can spend hours on it. So we have to restrict not only my number of hours per day, but also to take breaks every half an hour or so , so that we can avoid sitting continuously. We can get up to drink water . It may result in getting up again to go to restroom. Plan , prepare, execute well and enjoy life. 🪞V E R Y. G O O D.
