📊 SAP SuccessFactors Data Management Specialist 📈 We are currently searching for an internal SAP SuccessFactors Data Management Specialist to join a global internal HR-Technology team, with a focus on 50,000 employees in 45 countries. A Remote position, Lisbon/Portugal Based, with some European travel. The position will focus on Data Quality Control, SAP SuccessFactors Expertise, Data Governance and Information Management. We are searching for the following skills: ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience managing global HR data in SAP SuccessFactors ✔️In-depth knowledge and hands-on operational experience with SAP SuccessFactors ✔️Certification in Employee Central, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Reporting and Analytics is strongly preferred ✔️Proven record of taking personal responsibility for HR data quality in global systems ✔️Experience in managing and executing service request backlogs ✔️Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver HR data-related initiatives For more information please reach out to daniel@hritpeople.com
