📊 SAP SuccessFactors Data Management Specialist 📈 We are currently searching for an internal SAP SuccessFactors Data Management Specialist to join a global internal HR-Technology team, with a focus on 50,000 employees in 45 countries. A Remote position, Lisbon/Portugal Based, with some European travel. The position will focus on Data Quality Control, SAP SuccessFactors Expertise, Data Governance and Information Management. ABOUT: Join our client's dynamic team as a Senior ERP or S4/HANA Developer within HCM (m/f/d). We are a close-knit company with 16 employees, including 2 team leaders, focused on delivering high-quality IT solutions. COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive salary that depends on your seniority and the speed at which you can be sent to customers: Junior: €45,000 - €60,000 Senior: €60,000 - €85,000 (could go up to €100,000 with team lead experience) Additionally, we provide a variable income of €5,000 to €8,000 after a 6-month probation period, based on performance. ROLE: As a Senior ERP or S4/HANA Developer within HCM, you will: Conceive and develop sophisticated technical solutions Maintain and further develop our products Modify and extend the SAP standard Create concepts and documentation Implement and customize SAP solutions Travel to South or West Germany for project-based work (typically below 5% travel, up to 100% for specific projects) Work on day-to-day tasks, ticket systems, data security, and reshaping authorisations moving from SAP ERP to S4/HANA LANGUAGE: A minimum B2 level proficiency in German is required. There is no English language requirement for this position.
