They must be relatable, authentic, and know their stuff! (And, that's a separate topic). An experienced keynote speaker should also be able to offer guidance on how to build your brand. You can leverage the energy, the personality and the tone of the speaker to your brand. For maximum impact, consider the possibility of leveraging your new speaker to your ongoing programs, for consistency and momentum! 6. Leverage Employee Success Stories Once you get started, gather testimonials and stories from engaged employees so they can share their journey. There is nothing more inspirational than that! This can be shared through your company e-newsletter, social media posts or shared during your ongoing events. 7.
