The project involved designing and executing the methodology for replacing a 25-year-old, 200m chemical pipe rack's steel structure—severely impacted by chemical processes and aging factor while keeping the plant fully operational condition. 🛠️ Key Highlights: - The replacement involved galvanized-coated steel structures designed to withstand the plant's environment. - The process required meticulous planning in stages, ensuring no interruptions to the plant’s operations. - Our team was stationed on-site over two months, dedicating ourselves to analyzing every detail and producing a comprehensive report on the "why," "how," and "what" of the project.
