WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Marketing Specialist, you will take the lead on all social media initiatives, innovating our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Your role will be central to our digital engagement strategy, managing budgets, content calendars, and performance analytics. You will work with stakeholders across the company to develop best practices, create engaging content, and oversee our social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, where you will be responsible for both organic and paid content.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Lead and innovate our social media strategy, including managing budgets and content calendars. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content alignment and campaign efficacy across all digital platforms. Analyze performance metrics to drive strategy, track trends, and implement best practices across social channels. Create and edit content to engage with our audience, including alumni, current employees, and potential recruits. Manage LinkedIn account ownership, adhering to global guidelines, updating features, and handling invoicing. Plan and budget for LinkedIn paid campaigns, maximizing our reach and impact. Support specific practice areas with recommendations, content formats, insights, and both organic and paid support. Innovate and maintain the BCG website to ensure it reflects our brand and communicates our message effectively. Explore new channels and leverage global assets to enhance our digital footprint and audience engagement. YOU'RE GOOD AT Leading social media strategy and innovation with a creative and analytical approach. Budget tracking and management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated. Building and maintaining content calendars, with meticulous attention to detail. Liaising with stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with broader company goals. Utilizing performance analytics to inform strategies and demonstrate ROI. Generating and editing high-quality content that reflects our brand and engages our audience.
