🛒 The basket size increases from an average of 2 items to 2.5 when free shipping is offered.
📱Customers place on average £20 more on their basket with free shipping than paid shipping.
While 81% of businesses have price increases as part of their inflation-response strategy, free shipping is a compelling way of increasing average orders while getting more expensive items in your customers' basket.
