Which Conversational Summary AI tools do you use? I'm looking at Otter AI; Read AI; Sonnet AI. Looking for both off-line and zoom/on-line use. If it could transcribe everything that is said and then summarize it into a "To Do" list, next steps, high-level of what was discussed, etc. That is what I would be looking for. Denise Carrozza and Pamela Landry first introduced me to the concept at the last ICSC show. Thanks!
Hue Chen (Retail CRE) Rev is a good tool to transcribe audio/video. It's a low price per min transcribed. I haven't noticed much of a quality difference between paid (Chatgpt) and unpaid (mistral AI), in terms of ability to summarize. I've gravitated towards those two although am playing with Grok AI on Twitter/ X.

6moHey Hue, I’ve been using Otter AI for about six months. It does a pretty good job of summarizing conversations and meetings. Also, captures action items really well. So far, I’m happy with it.
