New Year, New Opportunities: Let’s Make 2025 Count! As we step into 2025, I can’t help but reflect on the challenges we’ve overcome, the milestones we’ve achieved, and the lessons we’ve learned. Every new year is a fresh chapter, offering us the opportunity to grow, adapt, and push boundaries both personally and professionally. Here’s my mantra for the year ahead: “Dream big, start small, and act now.” To my colleagues and connections, let this year be about: ✨ Collaboration: Together, we can achieve more. The only constant is change - and over the last 2 months that statement could not be any more true. On a personal level, my wife and I have had the great privilege of welcoming our daughter, Amelia Luna, into this world. Born during the solar eclipse in Chicago, this blessing has been the perfect teacher of reevaluating priorities and focusing on what is most important. A reminder that every experience, however challenging and inconvenient, is an opportunity to allow for empathy and growth to broaden my perspective. On a professional level I’ve had the opportunity to truly slow down and evaluate directionally what the next step in my career would look like. To think about what I enjoy most, where I can drive meaningful impact, and how I can continue to challenge myself for growth. After 12+ years of new business GTM selling, I’m excited to join a company whose mission aligns deeply with my core values - Perceptyx. An employee is a company’s greatest asset. Too often do companies depreciate these assets over time instead of transforming them into long term investments as a competitive advantage. Perceptyx helps companies achieve this transformation by enabling their partners to listen to their employees and take thoughtful and meaningful action that aligns with strategic initiatives. As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the many changes and moments that shaped 2024. It’s been a year of growth, learning, and gratitude, both personally and professionally. On the personal front, this year was truly special as I welcomed my parents to stay with me after a long time. Having them around brought so much warmth and joy, allowing me to celebrate festivals and make cherished memories. Honestly, I think I needed this more than I realized! 🩷 Another highlight was my sister moving to Canada, finally ending our long-distance relationship over FaceTime. It’s such a joy to be in the same timezone, she is a powerhouse of inspiration! Experiencing heartbreak as my best friend moved to a different city. While that was tough, her little surprise visits have been a blessing. I’m forever grateful to have a circle of friends I can lean on. On the professional front, the year brought its fair share of challenges and opportunities: ✨ Saying goodbye to a few dear friends at work as they embarked on new journeys—I’m so proud of them! ✨ Participating in cross-functional projects that pushed me to grow and connect with incredible colleagues across the organization. ✨ Adapting to massive changes, from shifting business KPIs to product launches, new tools, and navigating people management. ✨ Witnessing my team grow from 7 to over 20 in just a year! And a special mention to my LinkedIn family. This year, my network grew, and I loved making deeper and more meaningful connections with so many of you.
