Is your apprenticeship offering any good? Be honest. 🤔 I wrote an article for Find A Training Provider recently and need to signpost people to their diagnostic tool. It’s free don’t worry. 😅 It will give you a real understanding of the strengths and areas of improvement for what you offer your apprentices. Try it out. Or don’t. But definitely do.

⚠️📢 The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) has proposed retiring the Level 3 and Level 5 Improvement apprenticeships, due to a lower number of new starts. This decision threatens to limit access to vital skills that drive efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness across UK industries. These apprenticeships are unique in offering: ✅ Government-funded pathways for achieving Yellow, Green, and Black Belts in Lean and Six Sigma practices. ✅ Hands-on learning through work-based projects, delivering real business benefits. ✅ A focus on developing a deep understanding of key CI tools and their practical applications, as well as transferable skills such as Change Management, Leadership, and Data Analysis.
