In a virtual setting the impression and experience is even more important than face to face because there is so much more than can happen during a virtual meeting. I love being able to meet my customers virtually and know that nearly every time it will be the same experience as a "first impression" because of how simple the Zoom user experience is. #workhappy #sellhappy #meethappy

Zoom Workplace is amazing but Zoom Rooms appear to be losing to MS Teams Rooms for ONE major reason... Zoom has bet the farm on Zoom Rooms Intelligent Director, which is based on the logic that up to 16 room participants- using AI multiple camera feeds with folks looking in many directions and only a tiny thumbnail room view to provide spatial context- may produce an acceptable meeting canvas where room participants and remotes appear similar in nature and appearance. Frankly, this seems like a faulty premise from the start. Conversely, MS Teams take a different approach with their their new Gallery View "big room tile" feature - that is, when a room is in the call, the layout displays the the room at a 4X size compared to remotes. This gives camera companies much more freedom to composite a multi-camera room meeting based on room configuration and minimizing the "dancing camera tiles" that most users dislike.
