I recently got to opportunity to attend a international conference on smart cyber physical systems (ICSCPS) of the PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS, which is organised by CHRIST university in Delhi NCR ,and I was eager to learn from experts network with pears,and share my research. 1. *Inspiring Keynotes:* The conference featured exceptional keynote speakers who shared insights on our social networking. 2. *Technical Sessions:* I attended [number] technical sessions, covering network issue, and gained valuable knowledge. 3. *Networking Opportunities:* I connected with 10 researchers, industry professionals, and students, fostering potential collaborations. 4. *Paper Presentations:* I presented my research paper, any devices and received constructive feedback. Challenges: - Managing time between sessions and networking. - Adapting to the conference schedule and format. - Overcoming nervousness during my paper presentation. *Conclusion:* Attending ICSCPS was an enriching experience that broadened my knowledge, expanded my professional network, and motivated me to continue researching Cyber Physical Systems. I look forward to future editions. *Recommendations:* - For first-time attendees: Plan ahead, research speakers, and prepare questions. - For researchers: Focus on presenting high-quality research and engaging with peers. - For organizers: Continue providing a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Think of a single APEX on a racetrack. Did you know there are theoretically infinite trajectories to turn that one corner? Consider every possible variation in entry, exit, speed, vehicle, driver, strategy, race... limitless. Practically though, there is a much smaller set of lines that generally fall within a spectrum of recognised EFFECTIVE "paths". Now I'm no F1 driver, but I do know the digital workforce is in the midst of an extremely sharp turn in skill development. The democratisation of capability- yes, you GenAI- into the hands of everyday users, pervading cyber threats, and urgent demand for public sector skillsets to address challenges of the future are all accelerating to breakneck speeds. Like the optimal racing line, while there are countless ways to approach the curve, TRAINING is essential to calibrate the most effective paths for skill enhancement.
