We are intentionally trapped in a world where we're constantly bombarded with delicious-looking food. It's everywhere – on TV, on social media, in malls, even walking down the street. And let's face it, most of it tastes amazing. But here's the kicker ---> a lot of what tastes good to us is actually not what our bodies need. We've been tricked into thinking that fancy packaging, brown colors, and mouth-watering flavors equal good nutrition or health. But the truth is, most of that stuff is fake, processed poison, artificial, unhealthy, and downright harmful. Think about it. We crave sugary drinks, but our bodies need water. We love crispy fries, but our gut thrives on fiber-rich vegetables (which, let's be real, usually aren't winning any beauty contests). It's like this ---> fiber isn't meant to be tasty for us, nor it's easily digestible, but it's a must food for our gut bacteria. They need it, even if we don't directly enjoy it. Similarly, there are tons of 'unsexy' foods out there that our bodies desperately need, even if they don't come in flashy packaging or leave us drooling. ✔ Here's my personal code: ---> The best things aren't always delicious. In fact, they often aren't. ---> The best things aren't fancy or fake. They're real, whole, and unprocessed. ---> The best things aren't hidden behind labels. They're found in nature. Exactly the same works for real success and growth. While instant food are celebrated, we often overlook the true cost. • Frozen food stays in freezers for days, sometimes weeks. • Processed meals are reheated, disguised as “fresh.” • Nutrients? Barely there. • Chemicals and preservatives? Plenty.
