The difference between PolyAspartic and Polyurethane: •PolyAspartic generally have a higher solids content 70% to 100%. • PolyAspartic can generally be applied at higher wet film thicknesses, up to 300 microns in a single application. •PolyAspartic cure faster and allow for return to service sooner than polyurethanes. • PolyAspartic can achieve full cure in 1-2 hours. • PolyAspartic can cure and be applied at 0 degrees Celsius (30F) and up to 60 degrees Celsius (140F). •They can also be applied in high humidity, often up to 95%. •PolyAspartics exhibit high flexibility and elongation properties. This means excellent tear strength for standing up to cuts, gouging and abrasion.
