Being a leader isn’t about barking orders, it’s about creating space for creativity, freedom, and growth. That’s why I champion my team to think outside the box (even if it’s not my box) and own their brilliance. Case in point: Meet Muni The Marketeer! Watch her subtlely integrate her daily social content with some of our campaign wins in her signature fun and insightful way. Proud to see her not just showcasing results, but leveling up her own creative game while at it. Great job Muni! Great leadership = giving your team the stage, the mic, and the freedom to remix the playbook. Check out her video, you won’t regret it!
The challenges for Millennial & Gen Z Parents? More than Skibidi. Or ‘Mak Kau Hijau’. Their challenges are unique. As parent to Gen Alpha myself, I know: → They seem to have their own lingo. Adoih! → They’re more emotionally intelligent and eloquent than we were at their age. → And they’re exposed to risks and values that even we struggle to understand! 😵 Despite that, as parents we strive our best to give our kids wholesome nurturing. → Well-rounded education. → Balanced nutritions. → Play that’s fun AND enriching. → Confidence-boosting experiences. → Creating memories to bond with family. → A head start on their financial well-being. Faham kan kenapa ada DINK movement? 😅 So, for me it’s all about understanding those parent personas—and creating: → Content solutions that help them raise the leaders of tomorrow. Next up, I will share mistakes Advertisers & Brands make in supporting Parents of Gen Alpha. Follow me for more Insights, Educational Skits—and Hey! Let me know, Have you heard these Gen Alpha Slang being used by your family? Is it your kids? Nephews or nieces?

My generation is often blamed for our lack of patience. But, is it really our fault? We are the only generation in history that grew up with smartphones and social media. As a result, we've become accustomed to getting things instantly, and that has caused a significant shift in the way our minds function. The damage I’m talking about is this: We’ve experienced so much immediacy that our brains now believe that everything should happen fast. Instant gratification has become the default setting, rather than a privilege. The human brain, however, is still wired primitively. It doesn’t easily differentiate between what can be obtained with a click, like food, information, or entertainment and more complex, intangible things like success, happiness, contentment, or love. In the past, something as simple as making a phone call required patience. That consistent need for patience in everyday life conditioned the minds of previous generations to wait, to endure. But when everything today happens at lightning speed, our minds naturally adapt to that pace. Over time, we start expecting everything even things like achieving our goals and dreams to come just as quickly. #socialmedia #millennials #youth #studentsoflinkedin #patience #success

Is it true? 👇 A recent article highlighted that while older generations, like Millennials, view the thumbs-up as a simple, positive acknowledgment, while Gen Z interprets it as dismissive and even hostile. 👀 In fact, 31-year-old college student Scarlett shared that Gen Z kids in her dorms perceive this emoji as very passive-aggressive, almost a sarcastic dig rather than a sign of approval… Emojis, which are supposed to make communication fun and expressive, can backfire if not used in a way that resonates with the recipient's generation. 👇 If you’re looking to connect with these audiences, awareness of these nuances is crucial to send the right messages that will resonate well. Do you think the 👍 emoji is passive aggressive? #Beatfreeks #GenZ #Emoji

For communicators with a Gen Alpha targeted public (13 years old and younger). Below are slang terms you need to know. Read the article for more (aka the ones I already knew). Bet: A term of agreement or being game for something: “Bet, let’s go!” Depending on tone, however, it can also be used to express doubt, according to Dictionary.com. Bussin’: Something very good. Originates from African American Vernacular English (AAVE) on TikTok, according to Today.com. Cap: Another AAVE term, cap means bragging or lying. No cap, however, means something is true or real. Sigma: Usually used in the phrase “sigma male,” it means an independent man or a lone wolf, according to Dictionary.com. Ratio’d: Someone is ratio’d when the ratio of the replies on a piece of social media content is much bigger than the likes or shares on that post. Typically, it means someone did something dumb and is getting dragged for it. Fanum tax: Named after streamer Fanum, this refers to stealing part of someone’s food.
By the Numbers: The slang Gen Alpha uses, no cap - PR Daily

Trendsetter to Traditionalist: Am I Becoming a Boomer?🤔 In my teenage years, there were things I did that felt completely normal and right for that time. I remember thinking, "This is just how it is." But now, when I see the same behaviors in today's teenagers, it feels different—almost wrong. Is it just me, or does this happen to all of us as we grow older? What we once embraced seems out of place when the next generation takes it on. Have I become a boomer, or is this just part of the journey? I'd love to hear your thoughts! How do you relate to the changing times? #GenerationalGap #GrowthMindset #BoomerVibes #ChangingPerspectives

The Reel Impact on Teenagers' Real Lives By Devang Sharma In an age dominated by social media, the curated perfection of "reel life" is shaping how teenagers perceive themselves and their world. Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat offer a continuous stream of idealized moments, often portraying unrealistic standards of beauty, success, and happiness. As teenagers consume this content, they are increasingly comparing their everyday experiences to these filtered realities, leading to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. The constant exposure to these hyper-realistic reels creates pressure to conform, making many teens feel that they must emulate these online personas to be accepted. This can result in anxiety, depression, and a distorted self-image, as they struggle to match their real lives with the glamorous, but often unattainable, portrayals seen online. Parents and educators must engage in open conversations with teens, encouraging them to differentiate between curated content and reality. Only by fostering critical thinking and self-awareness can we help teenagers navigate the challenges of growing up in a digitally-driven world. #TeenMentalHealth #SocialMediaImpact #DigitalWellbeing #MentalHealthAwareness #SocialMediaCulture #ReelLifeVsRealLife #YouthEmpowerment #SelfEsteem #ParentalGuidance #DigitalParenting #TeenageAnxiety #SocialMediaInfluence #MentalHealthMatters #CriticalThinking #YouthDevelopment
