Thelander Consulting for tracking these important numbers and trends. 🙏🙏🙏 💡The facts are pretty clear: ·      85% of purchase decisions are made by women, yet, only ·      2% of VC funding finds its way to women founders and only about ·      15% of all VC ‘check-writers' are women. ·      Women hold a mere 5% of CEO roles in the S&P 500 and only ·      8% of medical device CEOs are women.   ➡️ Equality is possible… we just have to take intentional action and be willing to ·      Support ·      Mentor ·      Fund Female Entrepreneurs and Founders 💰We also need more women becoming investors, it can start with joining your local angel group, i.e. Alamo Angels "Women in Investing" initiative.   👏👏👏 🙏 🙏 🙏 to all of these initiatives to move the needle!
