Before we open up to a new year 2025 I would like to say that I'm grateful for the growth we have gained and lessons this year has brought. Every challenge has been a stepping stone. Each small victory has been a reminder that progress is a journey, not a destination. What we’ve taken away from start up. Embrace Challenges - They are opportunities in disguise, shaping us into our best selves. Celebrate Progress - Every step forward, no matter how small, is a win worth celebrating. Stay Positive - Positivity fuels motivation and inspires those around us. Let's spread it generously. As we look ahead. We shall. Set bold goals for the new year and take actionable steps towards achieving them. Stay resilient in the face of obstacles - Every setback is a setup for a comeback. I want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our valued clients, contractors and suppliers and thank you for your trust, loyalty, and partnership. May 2025 bring you joy, health, and success. Happy new year.

As 2024 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting—not just on the goals I set or the milestones I’ve reached, but on the moments that truly mattered. This year taught me that while accomplishments are important, what really stays with you are the small, often overlooked wins that bring meaning to your life. I’ve come to realize that life isn’t always about grand victories. Some days, simply getting out of bed is a win. Sharing a quiet dinner with family is a win. Finally letting go of a grudge and forgiving someone is a win. Having the courage to start something new, on your own terms, is a win. Knowing when to walk away and protect your peace is a win. Feeling your health return, step by step, is a win. And being able to look around and see your loved ones safe, happy, and still with you—that’s the biggest win of all. If there’s one thing I’ve learned this year, it’s that life is unpredictable. Everyone is carrying battles we don’t see, and sometimes just making it through the day is an act of courage. As we step into 2025, I hope you’ll take a moment to celebrate your own wins, no matter how small they might feel. Because those small victories add up to something extraordinary. Wishing you all the strength, joy, and gratitude to embrace the new year ahead. Let’s keep moving forward—one small win at a time. Happy New Year!

December often feels like a bittersweet month. The end of one story. The beginning of another. For many, this year has been tough: - unexpected challenges, - quiet heartbreaks, and - battles no one else saw. Maybe you felt stuck, doubted yourself, or faced a loss that left you breathless. It’s been a year that stretched us, sometimes too thin. But here you are. Still standing. Still trying. If this year taught us anything, it’s that we’re stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Each struggle came with a lesson, each setback with quiet growth. Even on the days you thought you couldn’t, you did. That’s resilience. That’s you. As we look ahead, let’s remember this: no dream is too big, no fear too strong. Whatever lies ahead, we have what it takes to face it. 2025 can be the year you step into your power. The year you take that leap, embrace change, and finally put yourself first. So, let’s walk into the new year with courage. Trust yourself. Be kinder to yourself. Chase that dream, no matter how scary it feels. Not because it’s easy. Because you deserve to see how far you can go. (That's today's pic after the morning jog when the sun seemed kind. As if it knows the year ahead is kind too.)

"The year is coming to a close" is an idiom that means the current year is nearing its end. It's a time when people often reflect on the past year and make plans for the new year. It's time to finish well. Here are some things you can do as the year is coming to a close: - Reflect: Consider the year's highs and lows, the lessons you learned, and the memories you made. - Forgive: Let go of old thoughts and beliefs, and forgive old hurts. - Be thankful: Give thanks for the blessings of the past year. - Review: Consider both your accomplishments and failures so that you can repeat the successes and improve on the things that went wrong. - Set goals: Look ahead with hope and motivation for the new year. - Celebrate: Celebrate the past year and embrace the future. A new year is coming - a chance to start over and be more successful, more thankful, more engaged, more insightful, more loving and more of who you are meant to be as a person. End this year by finishing well. You have the perfect opportunity to begin anew in just a few days. This next year, 2025, is going to have the same amount of time available to you as you had in 2024. Make the most of it.

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.I will keep in touch if know anyone that need funding. The only way to achieve the impossible is to believe it is possible."The best way to predict the future is to create it.It's great connecting with you. How have you been?Collaboration is indeed key to driving success and fostering a strong community. Given my role as a loan broker, there are numerous opportunities to partner with other organizations and companies in the financial industry. Is there specific types of partnerships or networking opportunities , Perhaps I can help identify some potential collaborators or strategies to enhance someone's network. This time of year always gets me thinking. Not just about what I’ve accomplished, but about the journey—the wins, the lessons, and even the moments I stumbled. Some of my favorite memories aren’t tied to numbers or deals. They’re tied to people: The client who texted me they could finally afford the family vacation they dreamed of. The investor who said, “I’m not scared of retirement anymore.” My own family, who’ve supported me as I chase audacious goals. The festive season is a time for gratitude. It’s a time to ask not just “What have I done?” but “Who am I becoming?” Here’s what I’ve learned this year: 🙌 Celebrate progress, not perfection. We’re all a work in progress. Every small win matters. 🥰 Wealth isn’t just about money. It’s about time, relationships, and peace of mind. 🤜 🤛 Investing in others is just as important as investing in yourself. Whether it’s mentoring, sharing knowledge, or simply listening. As the holidays approach, I want to ask: What are YOU most proud of this year? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to celebrate your wins with you. Here’s to wrapping up the year with gratitude and stepping into the next with bold dreams. 🌟

As the year comes to a close, we’ll soon see our feeds filled with snapshots of achievements and milestones. And while it’s truly heartwarming to celebrate others’ wins, it’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison. But here’s the thing—those snapshots are just a part of someone’s story, not the whole picture. They’re the highlight reel, not the behind-the-scenes. Life isn’t perfect for anyone, and if you’re feeling like you’re the one left behind, trust me, you’re not alone. This is the perfect time to take a step back from your screens, reflect on your own journey, and give yourself some grace. Growth is still growth, even if it’s slow. Achievements are still achievements, no matter how small they might seem. Own your year. Own your mistakes. And if someone calls you out on a mistake, say, “Hell yes, I did that—and now it’s mine to make better.” That’s where your strength lies—in taking responsibility and turning it into something powerful. Spend this time with your loved ones. Celebrate the progress you’ve made, however big or small. And as we step into a new year, let’s do so with gratitude, resilience, and a little less comparison. Wishing you all a joyful holiday season and an incredible start to the year ahead! 🎉
