Rise and Shine with AI: My Morning Routine for Success Good morning, world! 🌞 As an affiliate marketer for an innovative online education program, my mornings are all about blending productivity with the power of AI. Let me walk you through my routine that sets the tone for a successful day. I start my day at 6 AM, greeted not by an alarm, but by the gentle nudge of my AI assistant. It’s not just an app; it’s my proactive partner that analyzes my sleep patterns to wake me up at the optimal time. As I stretch out, my smart home system has already started brewing my coffee ☕️—just how I like it. By 6:30 AM, I’m at my desk with a steaming cup in hand, ready to tackle the day. My AI dashboard presents a personalized agenda, crafted overnight by analyzing my work patterns and priorities. It’s like having a personal secretary who knows me better than I know myself! Next up, social media updates. But here’s the twist: I don’t spend hours on content. My AI-powered tools have pre-drafted posts based on trending topics and audience preferences. With a quick review and personal touch, they’re ready to go live. By 7 AM, I’m diving into market research. But instead of sifting through endless data, my AI system presents me with actionable insights. It tracks the latest trends in online education and affiliate marketing, ensuring I’m always ahead of the curve. At 7:30 AM, I take a moment to connect with my followers. Personal branding is key, and AI helps me maintain that personal connection. It suggests responses to comments and messages, making sure I’m engaging and authentic. Before I wrap up my morning routine, I spend some time learning. AI-curated courses and articles keep my skills sharp and my knowledge up-to-date. It’s not just about working smarter; it’s about growing smarter. By 8 AM, I’m fully charged for the day ahead. Thanks to AI, my mornings are efficient, productive, and focused on what truly matters—helping others achieve their dreams of financial freedom through automation and AI. Remember, every day is a new opportunity to innovate and inspire. Let’s make it count! 💪 #AffiliateMarketing #AILifestyle #MorningRoutine

Two things helped me automate our content engine for the next two weeks while I'm on vacation: a killer team + AI. This past February, we kicked off a new content plan at Copy.ai—more posts, more events, and a larger presence on social media. The goal was to up our blog cadence to at least 1 post per business day, host at least 1 event per week, and coordinate posts across our leadership team. Plus, all of this had to be done with a marketing team of 3. Kyle Coleman is at the helm, and Jacalyn Beales is rocking out on Lifecycle and a billion other ad-hoc things she handles like a badass. Then there's me, the person responsible for the content strategy side of things. But here's the kicker: I'm typing this as I sit at the airport for a 10-day family trip to Iceland with a 5 and 7 year old 😬 And no, the content machine isn't grinding to a halt while I'm out. How? Two words: AI + teamwork. With AI: - 3 weeks before my vacation, I built a content calendar to help me get ahead of what I'd need while I was out. Our Chat tool was brilliant for this. - We sent 30 content briefs and 8 refresh briefs to our writers to work on our content for May (something I usually do in April) - built by Workflows, reviewed by a human (me) - Crafted a LinkedIn content calendar for our C-suite to keep engaging without missing a beat. - Built and automated campaigns that'll drive attention to our webinars, shoutout to Jax for the MAJOR assist on these events (she hadn't signed up for it originally, but it's been such a big help). And the dream team? 1) Jacalyn prepped the ground for automation. 2) Kyle, our CMO, championed the 'recharge to perform' mantra, even as he stepped into paternity leave. The goal here isn't just to keep the lights on, either. It's about using technology to make my life easier without sacrificing the quality of my work. I'm off to recharge, confident that everything is running like clockwork back home. Here's to finding that sweet spot between innovation and taking a well-deserved break. ...so suck on that, burnout. #contentmarketing #marketingai #contentstrategy

I've been looking at these AI tools… Every SaaS will have integrated AI agents. Every product will have all the features, no matter the industry. Building products is becoming easier, more accessible, and, honestly, faster. But in my line of work, things are moving in the opposite direction. Something for you to think about. Let me translate it for you 👇 Marketing, going to market, reaching customers, differentiation – it's all becoming more challenging. The competition is brutal. It’s almost impossible to breathe because of it. And this is where you need people who understand everything – the entire ecosystem – who can step back from tactical details and take a higher perspective to see what others can’t. There aren’t many such people. Every day, I work to stay in the game and be one of them. And, as a friend once told me, the harder it gets, the more it attracts me. “You definitely love headaches.” She was right. Hi Sanja Đorđević 👋 I do. Solving complex, difficult problems that others avoid is what motivates me every single workday. There aren’t many of us, but we exist. And we are essential. Here’s to another year! On January 13th, I’m stepping into the sixth year of Funky Marketing. 5th birthday! I’ve finally realized (some might say earlier, while others never get there) who I am, how much knowledge and experience I have, and how to use it the right way. Rock n’ Roll, my friends! 🎸 p.s. and keep it funky!

The First and Most Important Step in Marketing. If you fail at it; you fail woefully! Identifying your target audience and discovering what they want Imagine pouring your heart and soul into an art masterpiece, only to unveil it in a crowded room... filled with accountants. They politely nod, some even murmur "interesting," but the spark, the connection – it's simply not there. That's what happens when you market without knowing your ideal customer. You spend hours crafting the perfect message, but it lands with a thud because it's aimed at the wrong audience. That was me a few months ago, when I launched a marketing campaign for a client's productivity app, convinced it was a game-changer for busy professionals. Turns out, they already had a dozen "get things done" systems. My ideal customer was the overwhelmed freelancer juggling side hustles, late nights and drowning in to-do lists. Big difference, right? When I finally identified them and understood their specific struggles, the magic happened. The messaging resonated, the app addressed their pain points directly, and guess what? People started subscribing. The first and most important step in marketing isn't a fancy ad campaign or the latest social media trend. It's understanding your ideal customer. It's getting to know their hopes, dreams, and those late-night anxieties keeping them up. This week, stop the guessing game. Who is your raving fan, the person who would shout your brand from the rooftops if you solved their biggest problem? Tell me in the comments below! Share their struggles, their aspirations, and let's craft a marketing message that speaks directly to their heart (and their wallet). #newmonth #newweeknewgoals #brandstory #personalbranding #happynewmonth #growth #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #businesslesson #brandstorytelling #brandmarketing #brandclarity #linkedinforcreators #tuesdaymorning #tuesdayinspiration

Common Mistakes and Uncommon Wisdom "Navigating Pitfalls: Lessons from Marketing's Missteps" Every journey has its missteps, and in performance marketing, these can provide some of the most profound learning experiences. Recognizing and understanding common mistakes can prevent costly errors and foster more resilient marketing strategies. Consider Airbnb's significant reduction in marketing spend during the COVID-19 pandemic, contrasting with VRBO's continued investment. This scenario highlights the risk of drastic budget cuts, which can impede visibility and slow recovery, underscoring the importance of maintaining marketing efforts even during downturns to ensure a stronger rebound. Moreover, neglecting customer communication or failing to innovate can erode trust and market position. Businesses that remain communicative, transparent, and innovative, even during challenging times, are better positioned to maintain customer loyalty and competitive edge. What lessons has your organization learned from marketing missteps, and how have these shaped your strategies moving forward? #MarketingLessons #StrategicInsights #BrandResilience #InnovationInAdversity #Zoftware #SaaS #Marketing #Ads

Have seen lots of these in my network, so here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: Love the little breakdown (all below) that it gives you... You know what marketing and Christmas dinner have in common? Just when you think you've got everything perfectly timed, something unexpected happens (like the oven deciding to have an identity crisis! 😅) That pretty much sums up my 2024 at Smart Insights - a year of carefully laid plans, unexpected challenges, and somehow everything coming together beautifully in the end. Some highlights that made this year special: • Celebrating 3 years helping marketers master digital strategy (still pinching myself!) • Launching our CPD-accredited AI Learning Path (because AI should help us work smarter, not replace us) • Delivering RACE Framework webinars to amazing marketers worldwide • Building incredible synergy with our Sales and Marketing teams (shoutout to Amelia C. and Gabrielle Wright!) • Joining Mia Butler's Unstoppable Sales Community • Managing it all while parenting a teenager who survived an entire hour without wifi 🎮 Looking ahead to 2025: We're expanding our learning paths, creating more practical resources, and finding new ways to help marketers succeed. Plus, I'll probably keep finding marketing lessons in everyday chaos (sorry not sorry!). To every marketer out there juggling strategies with real life: whether you're tackling cookie deprecation or trying to explain digital marketing to your family - you've got this! And if you need a framework to help you along the way, you know where to find me 😊 PS - Still working on a framework for getting teenagers off their phones. Taking suggestions! 🤔 Get your 2024 LinkedIn Rewind at https://lnkd.in/dr9mPF_2

Airbnb is worth $80 Billion today, but do you know they spent $0 on marketing at the start? And if Airbnb could do it, why can’t I? I started Revv Growth, my SaaS Marketing Agency, with a $0 marketing budget. Here’s how I did it: 1. ICP Building: Targeted Founders and CEOs of funded SaaS companies from SEED to Series B and Bootstrapped $5M ARR and above. 2. Account List: Built it using Google Search, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn, completely free. 3. Data: Used free credits from Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL, and Hunter.io to create a contact list. 4. Email Sequences: Leveraged 7 to 14-day free trials from tools like Klenty, lemlist. 5. Sales Navigator: Utilized the first month free. 6. Email Copy: Crafted personalized messages with AI and manual tweaks, short, crisp, and effective. 7. Went live: Hit send for free. Today, you’ve got even more free tools: 1. Copy.ai: Perfect for crafting headlines and subject lines. 2. Pictory.ai: Convert text into engaging videos. 3. Synthesia.io: Create AI-powered personalized videos. 4. SurferSEO: Optimize your content and research keywords. 5. Lumen5: Turn blog posts into engaging videos. 6. ChatGPT: (Just please don’t use it to comment on LinkedIn) Resources are out there. All you need is the drive to use them, without spending. #RevvGrowth #AiTools #FreeTools #MarketingBudget

It's time for a break, I've had enough! How clickbaity was that title? Got you to click 'read more,' didn’t it? Sorry (but not really)! 😆 As many as you know, it's been a tough year for me, both personally and for the business. And I know it has been for many of you too. So, stepping away from the business right now probably isn’t the smartest move. But, I think it might be. I booked a holiday last year and have decided to take it, recognising how essential a break is for a business owner. Time away is key to recharging, gaining fresh perspectives, and returning with renewed energy to lead effectively. The time out will bring me ... 1. Improved mental clarity and focus 2. Enhance my creativity 3. Bring perspective on my business and life 4. Re-energise my focus And I can't wait. But, this means one BIG thing ... Staying away from all social media and accepting that not posting on LinkedIn for 3 weeks is ok. You'll all still be here upon my return 😀 So I'm afraid, you won't see any content from me until the 4th November. Oh, now that I think about it, I might experience some serious withdrawal symptoms! 😆 I'm going cold turkey and detoxing from digital content too, apart from taking some stunning photographs of where I'm going. Before I go. Business has really picked up over the last couple of weeks with 8 new enquiries, 4 filming sessions booked in and 3 meetings before I go for some more possible work. And some of it is down to you guys on here, commenting on my posts, sharing my content and just being amazing, thank you so much 🙌 I'll miss you all and will be back before you know it. Stay strong and focus on the positives, you've got this 🙏🏻
