Hello Livspace I booked with Livspace a year ago, on 28th August 2023. Due to the lack of clarity in the quotation and difficulty understanding the scope of work, I requested to cancel the order. The sales team informed me that the booking amount of 25,000 INR would not be refunded, but I could use this amount to purchase a product from Livspace. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a product in exchange, but Livspace has shown no willingness to fulfill this. Is this the type of customer support you provide? This feels like a fraudulent practice towards clients. While 25,000 INR may be a small amount for your company, it’s significant for middle-class families. I’ve sent numerous emails but have received no response. Will it only be after filing a legal case in consumer court that I’ll get an answer? As I prepare for my first singles Hyrox Race this Saturday at the RDS, I am reading all about how vital a race strategy is to not only survive the race, but also to thrive and conserve energy to finish strongly and post a decent time. Apparently the big mistake for Hyrox participants is rushing in 100 miles an hour from the start and burning out half way through the race! Weirdly it reminded me about managing documents and information and how a strategy around managing information is the vital first step organisations must make to survive, and then thrive. At Convergent we call it "Grow with the Flow" and we always encourage organisations not to rush in and automatically assume they need to buy software to solve information problems because in most cases this decision makes the information disconnect problem even worse with lots of time and money wasted.
