At HRC Fuels, (Hydrogen Rich Content), We have technology that compliments efforts like Exxon’s to produce and utilize blue and green hydrogen In refineries around the world, hydrogen is being stripped out of the high energy naphtha feedstock, which is rich in hydrogen to increase its octane. It generates a carbon intense low energy toxic aromatic fuel We have solved the octane problem and suggest the hydrogen rich naphtha be blended directly into the gasoline pool. The result is a 20% yield increase in a hydrogen rich content gasoline. HRC gasoline is a drop-in that produces 12% carbon dioxide per mile driven. Economically, It raises the gasoline margin by $6/bbl produced. Discontinuing the low purity “black” hydrogen otherwise produced, opens the window for large volumes blue and green hydrogen alternatives such as Exxon’s low carbon hydrogen.
