🅲🅴🅻🅴🅱🆁🅰🆃🅸🅽🅶 🅾🆄🆁 🅲🅾🅻🅻🅴🅰🅶🆄🅴 🅷🅰🅿🅿🆈 🅳🅰🆈🆂: 🅱🅴🅷🅸🅽🅳 🆃🅷🅴 🆂🅲🅴🅽🅴🆂 🎉 ... At our Office, every milestone big or small is a reason to celebrate, and our “Colleague Happy Days” have become a tradition we look forward to. Behind the scenes, it’s more than just an event; it’s a way of reminding each other that we’re seen, valued, and appreciated. ⏺️ From organizing a surprise board full of inspiring quotes our team members have shared to personal messages of appreciation, we make it a day that’s all about celebrating who they are and what they bring to our journey together. Here’s how it usually goes: Iheanacho Nwokearu once said, “Success is about the journey and the people with you.” It’s fitting that on their day, we surprise them with messages and moments from our journey together, highlighting how they’ve made each step meaningful. For Ugochi Jideofor-Okoro B.SC, MBA, ACIB , CSM true motivator who reminds us, “We’re only as strong as our unity,” we create a collage of moments where teamwork made the dream work. It’s amazing how revisiting these times reinforces the bond we share. And for those who constantly encourage us to grow, like Christiana Chilezie who always says, “Learn and lead with kindness,” we bring everyone together to share what we’ve learned from them. It’s heartwarming and shows how a simple act of kindness goes a long way. These days are a reminder of the positive impact each of us has on the team. The laughter, the camaraderie, and the genuine connection are what make us not just colleagues but a community. Celebrating “Colleague Happy Days” isn’t just a tradition—it’s a testament to our belief in lifting each other up. 👇 Yesterday was about Godwin Favour 🔥🌟 What about your team? Do you have a special way of celebrating each other behind the scenes? I’d love to hear your own stories and traditions that bring you together! #TeamCulture #CelebrateEachOther #BehindTheScenes #CompanyTraditions #WorkplaceCommunity #Growthmindset

Proud to be part of this team. 🎉 Last week, we had our company Christmas event, and it left me feeling incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team. Events like these remind me of a simple truth: We don’t just identify ourselves by the people we spend the most time with, but also by those we compare ourselves to and look up to. 🌟 Being part of a team that inspires me to grow and aim higher is a privilege. I’m looking forward to what’s ahead in the next year. Who inspires you in your daily life—personally or professionally? 🤔 “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” #Team #GrowthMindset #ReflectionFriday

Expressing appreciation to colleagues who go the extra mile is a great way to build team morale and foster a positive work environment. 1. **Personal Note**: Wow card- - "I just wanted to take a moment to recognize all the hard work and extra effort you’ve been putting in. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and it truly makes a difference!" 2. **Team Shout-Out**: Top award- - "A huge thank you to for going above and beyond at work to make guests happy..Your commitment has made a huge impact, and we’re all incredibly grateful!" 3. **One-on-One Acknowledgment**: HOD to colleague- - "I really appreciate the way you took on extra responsibilities without hesitation. Your ability to step up and help the team is inspiring, and it shows your exceptional work ethic." 4. **Public Praise**: in Townhall and briefings- - "I’d like to take a moment to recognize for their amazing work. They’ve gone the extra mile, and we’re lucky to have someone so dedicated on the team." The key is to be specific and genuine when expressing your thanks, as it makes your message more meaningful Denvor Steinwall Anurudh khanna Sathurshani Yogarajah #wowwednesday

It’s official! ❄️ ⛄ In the Wiggett household, winter begins when we light the gas heater for the first time. And today, it’s winter in the Wiggett home! This little tradition is a moment we look forward to, creating excitement. Traditions aren’t just for families. In the workplace, traditions can be powerful too. Simple rituals can bring a team together. They create shared experiences and boost morale. Celebrating small wins Regular team lunches, these moments matter. They build a sense of belonging and excitement. Go and be kind. PS: what is one of your favourite traditions at home or work?

As it’s EOM/EOQ today - cheers 🥃 It's not always easy to keep early traditions alive, but we've been doing this one for 3+ years at UserGems. Every time we closed a deal, I sent out an invite to the whole team for a quick 5min celebration. The agenda: - Congratulate the gems who made it happen - Talk about the win and the challenges, successes, and competition - Celebration shots! Wellness, espresso, water, alcohol — we want everyone to feel welcome to participate. When we started out, this meant 2 drinks a month. Now that we're bigger we don't do it for every deal, as it would be too disruptive (and for some, too much drinking). Instead, we celebrate multiple deals & gems at once. I love this tradition because, as a remote company, it creates more impromptu moments to celebrate what we're accomplishing as a team.

🎄 Christmas celebrations in the workplace aren’t just about festivities – they can be opportunities to strengthen your team. Done well, activities like Secret Santa, Christmas parties, and Christmas Jumper Day create shared positive experiences, helping team members to deepen connections and establish a sense of belonging. For leaders, it’s a great time to channel this energy, encouraging collaboration, boosting morale, and setting the tone for a united and motivated team heading into the new year. 🚀 #TeamBuilding

This is an appreciation post for the amazing Team I belong to. Over the last year, we have faced several challenges but also delivered significant results, always nurturing a positive and collaborative environment, where we “work hard, have fun and make history” together. This attention to People and Teambuilding is one of the elements I like the most of my job and I am truly grateful for this. PS: If interested, I am sharing here an article I have recently read, which reinforces the importance of friendships and People to fight against loneliness, which is spreading as a new epidemic, due to social changes: https://lnkd.in/dy8Q-SRu
