There were times when this felt like a huge mountain to climb.... Creating a new YouTube channel and building up content to 100 uploads (this does include shorts, to be clear) is a big commitment, because you've really got to keep consistently posting to build the momentum. And very often I've felt too busy, or stuck for what to create a video about, or wondering if all the effort will pay off. Which is pretty much exactly the kind of things I hear from my clients when it comes to building their businesses, creating new offers, marketing on social media. Much like learning a language, you don't get instant results, but all the little actions really DO add up. I FU*Ked my Business! 🫠 Sounds weird but it's okay to admit that you sucked. So, the last few months were super overwhelming for me & I wasn't ready for what was about to come. With so many things going on in parallel, I personally couldn't take care of my main business, my team & especially all the new inquiries that were coming in. This shows the importance of “Systems and Processes “ for a business to sustain. 💰 When a freelancer scales towards a business/ Agency, And it gets beyond a point where they need employees and team to manage the operations, “A defined process is what helps them to manage and operate.” So they keep scaling. It should look like, The process for client acquisition. The process for client management. The process for operations &delivery. The process for team management. The process for Cashflow management.
