So how do you find inner peace in a chaotic world and maybe an internal chaotic world? One thing you can do is to come to the beautiful seaside like yourself in Saint Vincent right now. And it's just so calming listening to the to the waves and. Just taking in the beautiful scenery over here, that's one way to get some peace. But what happens when we go back into the city, when we go back into the chaos, how do we immediately find that in a piece? What I found is that taking 100% responsibility for everything, that's 100% responsibility for 100% of everything that is happening in your life, that can bring in a peace immediately. Now, I know you're going to probably say Shane. I'm not in control of everything that happens in in my life and you know I'm not responsible for everything and I want you to challenge yourself with that idea. With a rate with respect to what we call the law. And the law has to work all of the time. Now we have 2 minds, our conscious mind and our subconscious mind. The trouble is really the subconscious mind because sub means below, unconsciousness means awareness. So what's in there is below our awareness, meaning we don't know. But what's in there is, you know, generational stuff, trauma, unresolved issues, and even our simple judgments every day that we might make about someone when we hear a piece of news or look at the newspaper. And that judgment plans succeed, OK? It plans to seed. And by the law, that seed has to bear fruit. OK, that seed has to bear fruit and that fruit might look like someone judging us. So our thoughts become things and that's the law. We can't do anything about it. So a lot of times we might say, well, I don't know what happened there. I'm I don't have responsibility for that, but I want to challenge you that there is 100% responsibility. We all have that 100% responsibility. So the question becomes, how do we find out what's in our. Subconscious mind and thank God there are tools today that are available that is going to that are going to help us to do that. Quickly and easily, and I have some of those tools if you want access to them, do reach out. So again, quickly, taking 100% responsibility. You don't always have to know what's in the subconscious mind, but just know that you know, our seeds are bearing fruit and the fruits have a seed by by by the law. And if we take responsibility for it, I find that brings a lot of inner peace. Instantaneously so Hope this helps. Sorry for the shaky hands.
