#HappyHalloween 🎃 Today is the perfect chance to unleash your creativity, don a costume, and share tasty treats with friends. However, it's essential to recognize that Halloween can contribute to significant waste, particularly from costumes and single-use decorations. To make your Halloween more sustainable, consider these ideas: 1. Reuse an old costume. 2. Revamp items you don't love or use. 3. Have a costume exchange party. 4. Get crafty with accessories. 5. Make your own body paint. To read the complete list, visit https://bit.ly/4f4yR9j. 💻 windmilldevelopments.com 📱 416-929-5264 (Toronto) 613-820-5600 (Ottawa) 📧 info@windmilldevelopments.com

On Halloween, we see a lot of people dressed up in costumes. Naturally, these costumes hide who we are and give off a different (spooky) image. But what if costumes exist all year long? Many of us put on a certain face or image to present a certain way, to prevent a particular perception of us. How exhausting is that? Perhaps there's room to act as our true selves, to share our thoughts and feelings in a more real way, to do things because we want to do them. We may or may not get the response we're seeking. But ask yourself: how will it enhance my life? #halloween #costumes #trueself

Halloween is all about spooky fun but make sure it’s safe for everyone! Follow these simple tips to keep your little ghouls and goblins safe: 🕯️ Light Up: Add reflective tape to costumes and carry glow sticks or flashlights. 🚦 Stay Alert: Walk on sidewalks, use crosswalks, and watch for cars. 👁️ Costume Safety: Make sure costumes fit well to avoid trips, and opt for non-toxic face paint instead of masks. 🍬 Check Treats: Only accept sealed, factory-wrapped treats and check your children's candy for tampering. Wishing everyone a safe and spooky Halloween! 🎃👻 #grahampackaging #halloweensafety #halloween #safetyfirst #safetytips

Halloween's over but sooo true. And we're not even speaking about when strategic activities are taken away your plate because they perceive they can perform them better than you. However, these moments can be an opportunity for growth. Instead of feeling discouraged, let's take these challenges as reminders to continue sharpening our skills, building our networks, and showing up as the capable leaders we are. We are more than capable of demonstrating our value and carving out our space in the workplace. Together, we rise, and together we elevate those around us. #WomenInLeadership
The #SpiritHalloween trend reimagines everyday people as Halloween costumes. Here is what we’d imagine a #WomenInTheWorkplace2024 costume would look like. What are you dressing up as this Halloween?
