For our most recent collaboration with Luminary, we developed 3D-driven content that has become both the cornerstone and the very embodiment of the brand. These visualizations represent what Luminary does at its core: to allowing engineers to conduct simulations up to 100x faster than conventional methods.
Using our established brand language as the foundation for a creative marriage of art and technology, we moved beyond standard representations of product simulations to use real-world objects — employing smoke to capture the essence of movement, depth and the detailed nature of these simulations in a striking way.

We are excited to introduce Stable Fast 3D, Stability AI’s latest breakthrough in 3D asset generation technology. This innovative model transforms a single input image into a detailed 3D asset in just 0.5 seconds, setting a new standard for speed and quality in the field of 3D reconstruction!
Alongside this release, we’ve also published a technical report that highlights how we achieve fast inference speeds with reduced baked illumination and material parameters.

● 2d graphic designers can now create and sell 3d objects.
● Manufacturers/retailers can now turn a product photo into a 3d object people can try out using AR.
● Game and VR design just got a lot faster.

There will always be more complex objects that need custom design but this is a huge advance.
One question - if you buy a 2d image, and make a 3d object out of it, who owns the rights to that version? What if the graphic designer made their own 3d object?
