Administrative Assistant!! As an administrator, I am faced with variety of clerical and admin duties, which the utmost is to ensure that the day-to-day activities (in the office) are effectively and diligently taken care of. Dealing with different personalities and managing changing priorities in the office on a daily cannot be overemphasised. One, out of the many challenges an administrator face is handling too many tasks (multitasking) with little or no time. But, the good thing I love so much about being an administrator is the ability to properly plan and think critically. When faced with too many tasks, I prioritise them accordingly. How🤷♀️🤷♀️??? By identifying which tasks need to be done “immediately/urgently” and “which can wait until later”. This is where I put my skill set into good use (good TIME MANAGEMENT and excellent ORGANISATIONAL SKILL) ~~~~~~~~~ As an administrative Assistant, I am well equipped to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and independently (of course, with minimal supervision).
