'Ice skating' I find ice skaters fascinating because they are so confident as they glide across the ice, performing daring manoeuvres and complex routines at high speed. All safe in the knowledge that the ice beneath them is solid and won't suddenly give way! But in a normal job, how often can you mimic the ice skater and demonstrate the same level of confidence? How solid and secure do you feel in your role that you have a good grip of what's going on around you? Is everything as it should be?
