In my Quick Impact Challenge, I participated in a call center activity designed to support and uplift peers who are also training with my ALC. The aim was to address any challenges or concerns they are experiencing and foster a sense of community and motivation. During the calls, through active listening: I listened carefully to their issues and made an effort to understand their viewpoints. I took detailed notes on a GOOGLE SHEET, which helped me point out common problems and areas where more support was necessary. For those who seemed particularly discouraged, I offered personal words of encouragement and reminded them about the upcoming training sessions, highlighting the benefits of getting involved. IMPACT ASSESSMENT: Notably, some trainees shared that the personal call was the boost they needed to participate in the next session. Additionally, the feedback collected provided valuable insights for improvement.
