𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗕𝗡𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 #𝟭 I posed this question to two remarkable leaders in front of me as we had lunch at the Jewel: A director at Singapore's National Library Board and the chairwoman overseeing a Christian education group in South Jakarta. Evelyn (Singapore) First, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼. Don't go into collaborations with a defensive posture, be willing to lay down and work together on it. Secondly, it's essential to define your own metrics for success while embracing what matters to your partners. Be clear and understand the bottom line to help both of you get to where you want to be Priskata (Indonesia) While many concentrate on the outcomes, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. Nurture that, and the results will follow. My takeaway? After I retired from the government bureaucracy, I really enjoyed returning to the business world for almost the last five years. I have returned to the habitat that raised me 😁😁😁. I have chosen to return to my habitat, namely the business sector and I have also chosen to become a mentor or teacher without having to hope to return to serve in the public sector or government sector. I always believe in regeneration, let the next generation continue to manage this country. As a CEO, I had the privilege of leading the largest public service reform in Indonesia from 2009 to 2014. Today, I am proud to see that the transformation is still ongoing and improving. At its core, leadership is about making others better, and I couldn't agree more with Sheryl Sandberg.
