Let Failure lead to growth: Let’s be clear. Bronze was disappointing, but not a failure. We came up against the host nation in the semi-final they had to win. Straight after this game I had a sinking feeling; I’d let down all the people who’d been interested in my journey. I messaged an apology with news of our defeat. My next thought: What do we do from here? We learn from the whole process; not just one performance. We look at what we can do better; differently, and we update our Performance Plan. Mid-tournament we recalibrated. That’s why we won the Bronze medal match. That’s why it was not a failure. It was a success because we grew as a team, empowered with new knowledge about how we can improve our performance, 24 hours after the semi-final. (Much more on where to find this invaluable knowledge in my next post.) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This experience has led to new practices in my work; in training and in-game. Practices that make me better able to support my team. For that I am very grateful.

Trophies are symbols of achievement and success, often awarded for outstanding performance in sports, academics, or other competitive fields. They serve as tangible reminders of hard work and dedication, capturing a moment of triumph. Beyond their physical form, trophies inspire pride and motivation, encouraging individuals to strive for excellence. Each one tells a unique story of perseverance and skill. #Trophies #Memento #CorporateGifiting #PromotionalItems #BrandingSolutions #ClientRelations #B2BMarketing

My 6 years Dream Story If I look backward, my journey started when I attended Town Hall 13, my very first TH. I had then just joined the WiFi Project department, and winning was huge, like something from a fairy tale. Not even in that league to compete, let alone win. The Goal set before us just seemed impossible. But against all odds, I chose to believe that hard work and relentless effort could make the impossible a reality. It took a lot of tries, but finally, with unrelenting perseverance, on **the 1st of Jesth**, I was officially appointed as a Sales Supervisor to the Sallaghari branch. It marked the milestone in my path-a reward to the dedication and determination I had put into the work, giving me a sense of accomplishment and motivating me to push even harder toward the ultimate goals. The turning point in my journey came on the **1st of Bhadra** when I was transferred to the Thali branch. It was like a perfect alignment of destiny, an opportunity that felt meant to be. My team and I were no longer competing but fighting to prove that we deserved to be at the top. Though starting from a position where victory seemed unattainable, we worked harder than ever. The rest, as they say, is history: we went ahead and won **"Battle of the Branches-Worldlink Warriors"** two times consecutively. And these victories became something more than trophies-proof that we had indeed traveled a long way from the underdogs. Even when it was time to give up and my team seemed to give up on hope, I never allowed them to do so. I kept telling them that success does not favor those who wait but it belongs to the ones who never give up, no matter how big the challenges. I feel proud-looking from this virtual platform and reflecting upon that moment of winning the precious trophy at Town hall 39 -me and everything this journey has represented. Of course, it took six unrelenting years of effort, but what at one time seemed impossible is realized. This journey has taught me that hard work, resilience, and determination can take you anywhere. To all those people that feel they are not even in the league to compete, let that not be your limitation. Keep working, keep believing, and one day, your impossible dream will become reality. #dreamcometrue

Why have we given so much importance to THE MEDAL? So much so that a person—one of the best in the world—suddenly starts hating the sport and decides to quit it forever? Is the medal a true reflection of hard work and skills? Think about it. The whole world knows what Vinesh Phogat has achieved in this Olympics, beating the 4-time world champion Yui Susaki and entering the finals. Why does she think she lost? All we saw was her winning! It's just some technicalities that took the medal away, but does that mean she lost or is not a good enough player? How can we let a medal define our worth? She is a medal in herself! Doesn't this reflect the broader reality of today's world? We all are seeking medals in the form of job titles, luxury cars, etc., and for what? To get validation and approval from society by showing them off! And we get sad when we don't get one and start thinking that life is difficult and we have lost.

Former Indian star all-rounder and commentator Irfan Pathan gives his two cents on the #BGT. Speaking to Pawan Luthra, he offers riveting insights on the Indian and Australian teams. Whilst largely complimentary towards the youngster on the Australian team, #SamKonstas, Pathan identifies some flaws that may be capitalised by the Indian team. “His front toe is so across that I think that he will regularly get out in that fashion unless he sorts it out. So clearly you know, there is a technical flaw which he has which can be exploited.” He also briefly goes on a trip down memory lane to revisit his own glowing career, discusses the impact of the Australian media on visiting teams and the future of the Indian team.
