"For more than 10 years, I have said that Admeo is my favorite vendor. As a long-standing customer, I have had the pleasure of watching their company grow and develop while maintaining the same great level of support that has been provided since day one. Anytime we have questions or need support/service on our Admeo/Biosystems instrumentation, I have full confidence that answers will be provided in a timely manner. We receive the best customer service and support from Admeo and their team of professionals.    When the SPICA and Y25 came into our lab, the superiority of the well-made instrumentation was obvious. Although automation of the procedures is not new, what Biosystems and Admeo have brought to the table is a combination of solid manufacturing capabilities with stellar service and support of both instrumentation and reagents.    Prior to owning Biosystems/Admeo equipment, we were running enzymatic tests using manual or other automated analyzers. During those times, we would have longer workdays and slower output of our results. Once the Y25 (and now the SPICA) became part of the team, the frequent late nights have just about disappeared from the schedule. I ran several side-by-side comparisons and found the Y25 to be so much quicker on the larger runs it was an easy purchasing decision. Now we have both the Y25 and SPICA in house and are very fond of both instruments.    Admeo’s combination of instrumentation, reagents and service are all at the top level under one roof. I am not aware of any other company that provides all three pieces of the puzzle truly from one platform at such a high level!" 📢 Exciting News from ToxiPets by Chivelab, Inc.! This quarter, we're working on an "Explain Like I Am 5" feature to make understanding pet safety even easier. We're starting by aggregating over half a million recipes and analyzing their top ingredients to explain what to watch for. Our current product design only lists the ingredients and provides a toxicity calculator. By simplifying the explanations, we hope to make it easier to understand any product or recipe in the world.
