Drying wood in an iDRY vacuum kiln is a game-changer for woodworkers and manufacturers, offering significant advantages over traditional drying methods. Here’s why you experience limited checking and warping with this advanced technology: Even Drying: The vacuum environment ensures consistent drying throughout the wood, reducing internal stresses that cause checking and warping. Controlled Environment: iDRY kilns maintain precise control over temperature and humidity, minimizing the risk of surface damage and ensuring uniform moisture removal. Faster Process: Vacuum drying significantly reduces drying time, lowering the wood's exposure to prolonged stress, which can lead to defects. High Efficiency: The process extracts moisture evenly and efficiently, preserving the wood’s natural integrity and enhancing its quality. You achieve superior results by using an iDRY vacuum kiln, maintaining the wood’s stability and appearance. Discover the benefits of iDRY technology for yourself. DOFF cleaning is a specialised cleaning technique that uses a high-temperature, low-pressure steam system to clean surfaces without using chemicals or abrasive materials. The steam gently lifts dirt, biological growth, and other contaminants. 🫧 It's widely used for cleaning building exteriors, historic structures, and delicate surfaces such as stone, brick, and render. ♨️ High Temperature, Low Pressure - key features of DOFF Cleaning include: 1️⃣ Non-Abrasive: Unlike pressure washing, which uses high water pressure and can be abrasive, DOFF cleaning is non-abrasive, making it ideal for cleaning sensitive materials like limestone, sandstone, or aged brickwork without harming them. 2️⃣ Chemical-Free: Since it uses only steam, there’s no need for harmful chemicals, making it an eco-friendly option. 3️⃣ Versatile: DOFF cleaning can be used to clean a variety of surface contaminants, including graffiti, oil stains, chewing gum, and even biological matter like moss and algae. Get in touch to find out more! 📲Contact Philip via call/WhatsApp on 07460 301 044 #doffcleaning #chemicalfree #ipac #nonabrasive #historic #lowpressure #steam #versatile

In hot, dry conditions, proper concrete curing is essential. Implement additional measures like increased watering, wet burlap, plastic sheeting, and evaporation retardants. Utilize shading, insulating blankets, fogging systems, windbreaks, and consider night pouring. These steps are vital for retaining moisture, reducing temperature, and preventing premature drying, ensuring the concrete achieves its desired properties. #ConcreteCuring #ConstructionTips

"Where does the soil go?" It’s a question we hear all the time from water rinse extraction proponents who suggest low moisture encapsulation doesn’t remove as much soil. But here’s the truth: CRBs are incredibly effective at pulling out deeply embedded soil in commercial carpets. To answer the question, take a look at what we removed from the 26th floor of a Class A building in Atlanta using the Fast Foamer System. While a portable extractor could have been used, a truck mount wasn’t an option due to the location. Regardless, neither method would have removed the same amount of soil—especially dry, insoluble debris like shed hair, skin cells, and more. Don’t believe the hype—WRE is not the end-all be-all of "deep cleaning" commercial carpet. Low moisture encapsulation systems that harness the power of CRBs are just as effective, if not more so, than water rinse extraction. #Atlanta #CommercialCarpet #CarpetCleaning #DeepCleaning #SoilRemoval #ClassA #FacilityMaintenance

Certainly! Let's address some common misconceptions about felting and waterproofing: ⭕ MISCONCEPTION: Felting Provides Waterproofing REALITY: While felted materials can offer some insulation and cushioning, they are not inherently waterproof. Felting tends to absorb moisture, making it unsuitable for direct contact with water-prone surfaces. ⭕ MISCONCEPTION: Waterproofing Can Be Applied Over Felt REALITY: Applying waterproofing solutions directly over felt is counterproductive. The felt can trap moisture, compromising the effectiveness of the waterproofing product. To achieve optimal results, remove the felt before applying any waterproofing solution. ⭕ MISCONCEPTION: All Waterproofing Products Are the Same REALITY: Not all waterproofing products are equal. Each has specific properties, application methods, and compatibility requirements. Betek Aquaset, Fibrous Aquaset, and Bitumfleks, for instance, are designed for direct application to surfaces, ensuring a reliable barrier against water intrusion. Remember, understanding the nuances of waterproofing materials is crucial for successful protection against leaks and moisture. 🧊⚪️ Here are 3 fascinating facts about the shape of dry ice pellets: 1️⃣ Dry ice pellets are the smallest form of our dry ice products. They are cylindrical, with a diameter of about 3 mm and a length ranging from 3 to 40 mm. 2️⃣ These pellets are primarily used in the industry for short cooling or cleaning processes. 3️⃣ They are also key in dry ice blasting, where they are "shot" onto contaminated surfaces such as metal, stone, wood, or plastic to remove dirt and grime. 💡 Discover more about the possible uses of the pellets: https://lnkd.in/e8pq2Qit #Enotech #DryIceShapes #Pellets #CoolingSolutions #Industry
