A Compassionate Pedagogy. Indeed. Can deep, meaningful learning happen without it? Learning that will hugely enhance student outcomes? But one cannot pour much from a cup that's almost empty, and this is why #CaringOnCampus offers opportunities to recharge, renew and reconnect with educators' own strong, abiding centre within themselves. If you are an educator within an HEI, I urge you to take time to read and to reflect on this recent blog. I'm sure you will agree with everything that is written, however, it may raise some 'buts'. Such as issues concerning time, confidence, or even training needs regarding compassionate communication skills.
