Thanks to all entrants into the #InavationAwards Sustainable Business Category who are responsible for planting 250 trees! Our finalists are Digital Projection, EcoVista, First Impression audiovisual, Genelec, JONES AV LTD, PPDS - Professional Display Solutions, proAV Limited, SiliconCore Technology, TD SYNNEX Maverick and WolfVision – but it was thanks to the whole field of entrants that we were able to create our own mini plantation 🌳🌳🌳 We first launched a Sustainability Award at the 2020 Inavation Awards and had some impressive entries but from a small field, ultimately leading to the category giving way to a focus on Awards that garnered entries from a broader spectrum of companies. Bringing it back for 2025 we can see a marked change in the market. Dear network, after two years working with the fantastic #Greenflux team to scale their #eMobility #SAAS business, organization, #ecosystem and optimizing synergies with shareholder #DKVMobility, I am proud of what we achieved in driving the future of #sustainable #mobility; with Greenflux entering a new phase, it is now time for me to move on.   Taking a break the last few months has been a gift, for which I am grateful. This was my opportunity to step back, reflect, and focus on the people and world around me. And I can recommend everyone to take a few months between jobs.   I planned to enjoy my time in a meaningful way, spending (much) more time with family and friends, improving my fitness (cycling in Girona, #RotterdamMarathon), many inspiring and insightful conversations meeting people in my network, understanding the opportunities and pitfalls applying AI in business, and finding and moving into our dream house - to name a few.   Looking back, here are some of my personal insights: ☝ Take enough time to 'reset' before jumping into new activities ☝ Reflect on your past period and (personal) learnings - the #reflectionbooklet by Hugo Pereira was a helpful tool for me ☝ Make a plan upfront how you want to spend your time wisely (it is over in a blink) ☝ Embrace uncertainty, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy ☝ Enjoy every minute consciously   So, what's next? I am available from July 1st to support your company in #scaling, tapping into #valuepools that generate recurring revenue based on #digital (#platform) services. Interested?
