As the CEO of your Inner World, these are some questions that you need to be asking yourself. The memories we pay attention to can have a profound effect on how we show up in our daily lives. By choosing to bring to mind positive and joyful experiences, we fill ourselves with this positivity and this helps us to show up as such to the people around us. If we choose to always cling to where things went wrong for us, we run the risk of locking ourselves into these negative thinking spirals, which can just serve to reinforce the negative memory by producing negative outcomes in the present.
