The only way you you succeed, the only way you succeed, and that's personally or as a company and organization, is you've got to be innovative. You have to be innovative. If you're just doing the same thing that everybody else is doing, you're not going to get acceptable margins on your business because people are going to pay you a premium to get where they can get from anybody else, right? So you have to be innovative. If you've got to come up with ideas, you've got to be willing to take new approaches. And we had teams that were, you know, willing to need to reorganize, need to launch into a new market, need to launch a new product. Peter, you know, I'll never forget one of the biggest risks we took when at Metricstream is we're still in new fledgling company. We didn't have a whole lot of money at this point. What we were gonna have an executive first executive conference. Well, how do you get people to come to your conference? Right. The very first one, that's the hardest. And if the first one successful, the rest will probably be successful. But the first one is a bomb. It's like over.
