The team was formed during MiyahThon مياهثون challenge to transfer the Egyptian experience and provide promising solutions that adopt frugal innovation approaches and sustainability, aligning with the Kingdom's vision of relying on treated water and maximizing its benefits as one of the leading strategies to address water scarcity challenges in the region.

I am thrilled to announce that I recently participated in the online digital camp, MiyahThon مياهثون, alongside a talented team comprising Monira Yazeed, Asala Mahmoud, Khlood Ahmed, and أحمد ناصر. Together, we introduced the innovative concept of a decentralized wetland system tailored for unserved areas.
Our solution encompasses setting up decentralized stations to provide water suitable for agriculture, employing constructed wetland techniques to mitigate environmental impacts, and significantly decreasing carbon emissions compared to conventional treatment facilities. Additionally, we delved into developing a sustainable business model for this pioneering idea.
The experience gained from this endeavor has been invaluable, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such dedicated and forward-thinking individuals.
