Today I attended a seminar as part of 100 Cube start up inauguration ceremony where we had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Sanjiv Bajaj CMD of Bajaj Finserv ltd . He talked about how Fintech industry is evolving in India and how start up mindset is opening new opportunities for future generations. He also delved upon what it meant by "Customer Obsession" and how we can serve our customers better. He pondered upon the importance of taking the calculated risk and importance of learning from it. 100 Cube start up is a concept initiated by IIT bhubaneswar. Its goal is to nurture 100 start ups with 100 crore valuation by 2036. This coincides with orrisa's centennial year of formation. An investment of 130 crore was made by Union ministry of education to support this goal. Today's event was inaugurated by Shri . Dharmendra Pradhan hon'ble Union minister. This initiative aims to form an entrepreneurial mindset among the youth which aligns with the core values of Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur of its innovation, integrity and inclusiveness. This journey not only deepened my understanding of strategic frameworks but also highlighted the importance of collaboration in today’s fast-paced business landscape.
