I am writing to raise an urgent concern about a cabinet I purchased from IKEA. After using it for about a month, I noticed a crack on one side. A few days later, I discovered very small insects emerging from the crack. I have contacted your customer service team multiple times requesting that the cabinet be picked up and replaced. Unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved, and the cabinet remains in my home. I am deeply concerned that these insects will spread throughout my kitchen, and I urgently need the cabinet removed and replaced as soon as possible. Please address this matter promptly, as it poses a significant inconvenience and is a hygiene concern. I look forward to your response.

Why can't the LACounty board of supervisors the most powerful organization in the world, finally allow the City of Ventura have their own IKEA Store in Ventura County instead of these unfortunate citizens having to travel all the way to Burbank location? There are 3 stores in LA County already Burbank is sufficient enough and carson is absolutely a ghetto compared to Burbank & Azusa stores! The people of Ventura need the convenience of an IKEA in Ventura County.

Love to read that. IKEA has always taken leading steps in fighting climate change and protecting the environment - a role model for any other brand in the industry. Circulation is not something new but it's shocking to see how much waste goes 'wasted' in the world!

Well indeed you are challenging our patience as customers here in ikea morocco. The customer service is horrible. They keep lying and deceiving clients (im one of them) . I hanvent yet got my refund despite all my calls dating to several weeks ago. #ikeamaroc is such a shame
