Navigating the complexities of financial integration: Lessons learned from a leading FTSE 250 PLC group. This group employs over 2,300 people in 17 countries, has one of the largest product portfolios in the industry, and has over 4,500 direct and indirect customers whose systems rely on their products for a safe, consistent power supply. In 2022, the client acquired two German businesses, extending their capabilities in Europe.
