You've undoubtedly heard of our Innovation Days, where we bring our colleagues together to experiment with new technologies, ideas, and innovative projects. A bit like a hackathon but aimed at multidisciplinary teams that push beyond coding.    Starting this year, we've upgraded our Days into Innovation Journeys 🛤 📍our one day has turned into multiple workshops throughout the year, within certain predefined themes.     💡 That way, we get more time to let challenges sink in, and ideas mature, maximizing the number of ideas in our next workshop.    For starters, we had our first facilitated Discovery workshop to flesh all this out. 👀 We’re already eager to pick this up again soon! #innovation #journey #challenge #experiment

#Hackathons are essential tools of #open_innovation, designed to create #impactful and #sustainable solutions for targeted challenges. At Matterz we master the organization of #hackathons that engage #innovators, #industry_experts, and #business_professionals in effective problem-solving. Either by incubating the top three ideas to bring them to commercialization or foster participants' entrepreneurial mindset and equip them with innovative tools that can be used for any problem-solving scenario. 🚀 I Just Participated in Hackwars 2024! 🦸♂️💻 I recently As a Team Leader and Senior developer took part in Hackwars, an exciting superhero-themed hackathon that brought together developers, designers, students, and tech enthusiasts to solve real-world problems through creativity and collaboration! 🌟 🔍 What is Hackwars? Hackwars is a unique hackathon where participants work in teams to develop innovative solutions inspired by superhero themes. It focuses on fostering teamwork, promoting creativity, and enhancing technical skills to solve challenges in areas like HealthTech, EduTech, FinTech, AgriTech, Smart Cities, GreenTech, and Social Impact. 🌱🏙️ 💡 Why I Joined: • Collaboration: Worked with a fantastic team of like-minded innovators, and learned how important it is to combine technical and creative minds. • Learning: Hands-on experience with new tools and problem-solving approaches in an intense, fast-paced environment. • Innovation: Pushed the boundaries of thinking, with superhero inspiration driving out-of-the-box ideas! • Networking: Connected with passionate participants, mentors, and industry professionals that I’ll be staying in touch with. 💼🤝 🏆 Our Project: In the first stage of the competition, my team and I developed a project that addressed [E-Governance theme].
