I was trained by IBM to be an applications developer and have benefited from on the job training and structured courses which gave me industry recognized certifications. Experienced mentors helped me broaden my AI and data science skills too. Through this partnership with Tessa, IBM is developing new innovations and embedding AI into our supply chain solutions. As part of our innovation and growth strategy, IBM is committed to developing our tech talents. With Tessa support as a pioneer training, I now pay it forward by guiding new talents with my fellow IBM colleagues.
