Optik was initially founded to mainly help international students who were struggling to gain internships, simply because of their status, not because of their competence or intelligence. Our mission was clear, give them the opportunity they need to learn, grow and flourish. With each cohort, we proudly welcome a diverse group, with 55-60% being international students, who have become an integral part of the Optik community. Leveraging the opportunity they got at Optik, they always showed talent, commitment, and energy consistently exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results for our clients. They also bring unique perspectives, contributing to a diverse and vibrant learning environment. We value and appreciate their commitment and contribution.
