𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝟐𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝-𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞? 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓! As the founder of The City Fence Consulting Firm, I’ve been brooding on a vision that’s stirring in my heart—a recalibration of what we can offer to small business owners and kingdom entrepreneurs. While I’ve only just begun by helping a few entrepreneurs around me, the dream is big and audacious: The journey has only just begun, but I’m excited about what 2025 holds! Here are some of the ideas and initiatives that I’m planning to roll out: 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: We’re preparing to launch comprehensive courses that cover everything a business owner needs to know—how to start, scale, and soar in business. These courses will be designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive. 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: I have exciting plans for this initiative, especially as we approach International Women’s Day (IWD) 2025. It’s all about empowering and supporting women entrepreneurs to grow their ventures. 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: What began as a webinar is set to evolve into an academy for Christian Business Owners and Kingdom Entrepreneurs. Here, faith-driven entrepreneurs will learn how to merge biblical principles with business success. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬: I’m also envisioning something for university campuses—equipping the next generation of entrepreneurs with the knowledge and support they need to succeed from the start. If you consider yourself passionate, strong-willed and interested in collaborating or being a beneficiary of any of these projects, feel free to send me a DM! Let’s connect and make these ideas come to life.😊 What’s your big goal for 2025? I’d love to hear your dreams and plans for the year ahead. Wishing you a productive week ahead!😊 #newweek #businessconsulting #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #problemsolving

3 Do's & Don'ts for Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Builders 🫱🏾🫲🏽 Do's: ✅ Listen and Learn: Actively seek out diverse perspectives and experiences. Engage in open dialogue with community members to understand their needs and challenges. ✅ Represent Inclusivity: Ensure that your programming reflects the diversity of your community. Feature speakers, mentors, and resources from various cultural backgrounds. ✅ Partner with Local Organizations: Collaborate with community-based organizations to understand cultural nuances and leverage their expertise. Don'ts: ❌ Stereotype: Avoid making assumptions about individuals based on their cultural background. Treat everyone with respect and individuality. ❌ Tokenize: Don't use diversity as a marketing gimmick. Ensure that your efforts to promote inclusivity are genuine and meaningful. ❌ Ignore Cultural Differences: Recognize that cultural differences exist and can impact interactions. Be mindful of these differences and adapt your approach accordingly. By embracing cultural competence, entrepreneurial ecosystem builders can create more inclusive, equitable, and thriving environments for entrepreneurs from all walks of life. 🫱🏾🫲🏽 . . . . #Entrepreneurship #EcosystemBuilders #InclusiveBusiness #DiversityAndInclusion #CommunityBuilding #TipTuesday #TuesdayTips #BlackEmpowerment #BlackEconomics #BlackWealth #fyp #Explore #BlackEntrepreneurship #BlackOwnedBusiness #BlackBusiness #BlackLeaders #BlackConciousness #Goals #SmallBusiness #BBIProfessional

The Joy of Belonging: How Building a Community Changed My Perspective There’s something profoundly uplifting about being part of a community. If I’ve learnt anything from my years in military intelligence, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship, it’s that people—yes, the very ones making up our communities—are our greatest asset. Building a community isn’t merely about gathering people; it’s about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, understood, and empowered to contribute. Whether it's a team in the trenches, a group of entrepreneurs sharing insights, or an organisation striving towards a common mission, the sense of belonging transforms individuals and goals alike. So, how has building a community reshaped my perspective? • **Mutual Growth**: Seeing others grow and knowing you had a hand in that is tremendously satisfying. It’s about mutual success, where each member's advancement benefits the whole. • **Diverse Insights**: Listening to different viewpoints not only broadens your own vision but leads to more robust and innovative solutions. Diversity isn't just a buzzword; it’s a strategic advantage. • **Support System**: In tough times, a reliable network can be the difference between persevering and giving up. Knowing you have people in your corner fuels resilience. • **Shared Joys and Triumphs**: Celebrating victories, big or small, together makes the journey worthwhile. It’s about shared experiences that create lasting bonds and collective joy. Creating a community isn’t a one-time effort; it’s an ongoing commitment. It requires openness, empathy, and a willingness to listen and evolve. But the payoff? It’s a richer, more connected, and ultimately stronger path to achieving our goals. Here’s to the power of belonging and the incredible transformations it brings! #Community #Belonging #Leadership #TeamBuilding #Growth #Innovation #SupportSystem #Entrepreneurship #InsightShared

🙌 Entrepreneurship is often an isolating experience, marked by the departure from the corporate world, the weight of high-pressure decisions, and the constant need to manage employees while staying competitive. Yet, one of the greatest strengths of entrepreneurs is our unwavering support for one another, regardless of our individual paths or geographical locations. 💪 Here are four meaningful ways entrepreneurs can uplift each other on this challenging yet rewarding journey: ✅ Engage with Peer Groups: Participating in entrepreneur-focused community groups can provide invaluable new perspectives and foster long-lasting relationships. 📍 Consider joining founders and entrepreneurs' communities on LinkedIn to expand your network and share insights. ✅ Celebrate Wins Together: The path of entrepreneurship is replete with highs and lows. Celebrating the successes of your peers can have a profound impact. 📍 Share and highlight the achievements of fellow entrepreneurs on your social media feed to spread positivity and encouragement. ✅ Make Referrals to Customers: Large brands have the power to support smaller businesses by helping them reduce customer acquisition costs. 📍 When you encounter gaps that your business can't fill, recommend other entrepreneurs who can. This simple act of collaboration benefits everyone involved. ✅ Promote Inclusivity: Building an inclusive business environment enriches the work culture for all. Unfortunately, some communities still see lower participation rates from women and other underrepresented groups. 📍 Make a conscious effort to invite those who are typically left out of community groups. Inclusion strengthens the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem. How else can founders support and uplift each other? Let's keep the conversation going and continue to build a supportive network! 💬 #EntrepreneurLife #SupportEachOther #Networking #CelebrateWins #SmallBusinessSupport #InclusiveBusiness #EntrepreneursCommunity #Collaboration #BusinessGrowth #FoundersNetwork

The Advance was founded on the idea that ALL business leaders in every field, around the world, coming together would push innovation and growth on all sides like never before. Imagine a world where noticing someone's struggle leads to a simple act of kindness. Maybe it's offering your seat on a crowded bus, holding someone's bags, or sharing a genuine compliment. These gestures, however small, have a cascading effect. They foster empathy and connection, building a stronger community around us. Look for opportunities to show kindness, no matter how small. You might be surprised by the impact you create. #KindnessMatters #EmpathyAtWork #CommunityBuilding #Leadership #Technology #Marketing #Career #Business #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #Networking #Diversity #AI #Sustainability #Learning
