Entrepreneurship can be lonely, especially when you're at the top. There have been times when I felt the weight of leadership, realizing how isolating it can be. But this challenge led me to realize the importance of building and engaging with communities. Joining groups like YPO and MacKay CEO Forums: CEO & Executive Peer Support connected me with fellow leaders who understand the unique challenges I face. Their experiences have not only offered me support but have also inspired me to overcome my hurdles. This sense of belonging drove me to create my communities, which led me to start not-for-profits - Canada India Tech Council & America India Tech Council- that bring together Tech Leaders. Together, we’ve created a real impact for the community at large. Being part of these communities has been instrumental in my growth as an entrepreneur. They remind me that when business or life gets tough, strong communities amplify our success and prepare us for the next stage of growth. Before we say bye July - we celebrate an incredible month filled with unforgettable experiences, and achievements: ✨ Explored Australia and attended the Intuit AI Business Conference in Sydney as a VIP. Sharing my thoughts on authentic leadership and entrepreneurship among peers was an inspiring experience that deepened my commitment to empowering women in business. ✨Featured in the University City Partners newsletter for our collaboration with the Governor’s Village STEM Academy, promoting literacy and preventing summer reading loss. This initiative highlighted our commitment to educational advancement and community engagement. ✨We’ve sold out of our cookbooks and children’s books! They’re now available for purchase on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ingram, and other major retailers. We’re also gearing up to do the same with 'A Fresh Perspective: Creating a Lifestyle Business' by the end of 2024, as we move into a new direction. ✨Became a Goldman Sachs 10KSB alumni ambassador, eager to drive positive change with my innovative perspectives and proactive approach, aiming to inspire and support fellow entrepreneurs in their journey to success.
