Last week, my 10 year old asked me if I “liked my job” L.O.L. Truth is, I LOVE what I do. I LOVE taking time to think about how to create spaces and opportunities to leverage AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits for BIPOC led organizations to have access to more resources and funding. I LOVE watching reels and reading social media posts from nonprofits who tell beautiful stories about what they’re able to do with a grant from AMPT. I love facilitating cohorts and sharing insights with other executive directors. I love leaning into our values and anti racist practice to reimagine what nonprofit management can look like and accomplish. This #GivingTuesday give to AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits.
