China’s international trade in goods and services saw a 6% year-on-year increase in October 2024, reaching a total of RMB 4.32 trillion. Exports of goods reached RMB 2.15 trillion, while imports totaled RMB 1.61 trillion, resulting in a surplus of RMB 539.1 billion. Foreign Trade News: In the first half of the year, the total value of China's goods trade imports and exports reached 21.17 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.1% year-on-year. Of this, exports were 12.13 trillion yuan, up 6.9%, and imports were 9.04 trillion yuan, up 5.2%. The trade surplus stood at 3.09 trillion yuan, expanding by 12%.
