IMPOWER Consulting sponsored the Stars in Surrey awards last night, which recognises some of the many amazing and talented individuals, teams, volunteers and residents in Surrey who regularly go above and beyond to deliver better outcomes and make a difference. This year, IMPOWER Consulting sponsored the Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award, and I had the pleasure of co-presenting this award alongside Shella Smith, Director of People and Change. Congratulations to the winner Alice Spencer, and deserving finalists Barbara Anu and Laura White. It was fantastic to hear about some of the incredible work going on in communities in Surrey, catch up with some familiar Surrey County Council faces and attend this fantastic celebratory event with colleagues Ben Evans, James Edmondson and Bryony Langdon.
