✴ BE INTENTIONAL This was the key takeaway from the session I just wrapped on Influencing with Impact. Being intentional is NOT being inauthentic. It's recognising that, as Women, we often have to quickly build influence with senior stakeholders who are, still more often than not, men. Navigating over this extra degree of difference brings challenges our male colleagues don't experience. In the session, where over 80 women from across the globe attended, I shared models and practical tools women can use to authentically build more influential relationships in the place. This is module 2 of the 12-month programme we designed for Women's networks and resource groups.
