Having an inclusive leader makes us feel alive and influences us to expand our capabilities.   As we make a Daily Assessment of having an inclusive leader, we are empowered to rise to the organizational obstacles we may face. --- ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP: When we have an inclusive leader, we notice that they are adaptable in their leadership style. It isn’t a one size fits all. --- MUTUAL EXCHANGE: An inclusive leader fosters an environment that generates a mutual exchange and provides an organization to be part of. The culture begins to speak for itself. --- PARTNERSHIP: An inclusive leader reminds us that we work towards our goals together. Inclusive leadership development is leadership development. Being led by an inclusive leader makes an impression on us. It makes us want to get out and share our experiences with others. Inclusive leadership is the future.
